Where do you ship from?
Our priority range ships from warehouses in Australia (1–2 day dispatch). A small number of specialty items ship from our overseas partners and take 8–15 business days — delivery times are shown on each product page before you order.
Do your products fit my van?
Every product page lists exact folded and open dimensions. Measure your space before ordering — and if you're not sure, email us a photo of your setup and we'll tell you straight whether it fits.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage and email contact@surlane.com within 7 days. We replace or refund — no returning-to-China nonsense.
Do prices include GST?
All prices shown are final — no surprise charges at checkout or on delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order gets a tracking number emailed at dispatch.
